How much E.T. will I gain with this ??
I am going to be converting to a TH-400 with a PI4400 stall, a Moser 9" out back with rims/etstreets for tires....I still have my "stock" firehawk BILSTEIN suspension, bilstein shocks with eibach springs....I will be keeping the current firehawk rims in front because I can't afford skinnies right now...
The car is still a 6-speed, but I've sold all the parts, on the dyno it made 360rwhp and 350rwtq, with this new setup what kind of et's should I see off of a trans brake or a regular hard launch??
Thanks,
Brian

My raceweight will be around 3650 or less...
I never got a "real" time on the car now...I had a 2.4 60ft with the 6-speed trapping at a measily 111...the et was 13.2, that was with a 4.10 gear on street tires...
In the rear with the moser I will be running a 3.73...with some 26"x10.5x15" ET streets connected
The converter decesion is still up in the air...I would actually like some help on that subject, I'm new to the A3 "converter" world, I want to stay 4400-4600 stall not higher or lower, but it will be in that range...
The car made 360rwhp and 350rwtq with the 6-speed tranny Its stock heads/cam/headers/all the other goodies...
Hope that gives you a little more info...

3650 raceweight is pretty high. Most of the fast bolt-on cars are at like 3200 raceweight.
I went 11.76@114.5mph with heads, cam, 4400 stall, 3.50 gear, 16" ET Streets and weight reduction. I had skinnies and other weight out. I figure my raceweight was 3500.
You won't have heads, but you have a transbrake, but you will be heavier...
BradWS6's best when he had stock cubes was like 11.5 thru cats at 3650 raceweight.
Heck, you might ET great with a transbrake and be in the 11.6's for all I know.
Good choice on the gearing, for laughs I have left my gear selecter in 3rd and gotten on the highway, let's just say that with 4.10's and 3rd it was ridiculous.
I will be around 3000 at 75 which isnt the worst...but for local drving it will be awesome
very curious to see what it dynos at with the TH400 compared to the 6 speed
I would have gone 4.10s too if I were you unless you make LONG highway trips...you can always add a gear vendors OD later down the road if you want to make it a gas mileage machine
