As for the car, 8.50 cert cage, tie all the suspension mounting points to cage in the rear, plate all the mounting points up, rear end, front suspension, all that too. Depending where you are located, there's a slew of chassis shops around, go to your local track and look around at cars... You see one done that impresses you ask who built it.
