New PB on street tires I took my '02 Z28 to Milan Dragway Saturday morning. I ran it on street tires because the stock clutch can't handle the sticky tires anymore. I was still able to get the car to hook pretty good and cut 4 or 5 60 ft times in the 1.9x range despite the fact I had 36 psi in the tires. Here's my new street tire (Eagle GS-C best):
60 ft: 1.978
1/8 E/T: 8.227
1/8 MPH: 88.38
1/4 ET: 12.634
1/4 MPH: 111.97
Not bad for a car with $600 in bolt ons!
I backed that run up with 12.686 and a 12.697. Weather was in the high 60's, low 70's with reasonably high humidity. Not sure what the DA was but the track is at 650 ft.

Great driving. Thise are awesome 60s on GSCs at Milan.
I tried a little of the GSC drag racing last weekend at the NFME in Indy. I wasn't quick enough on slicks for the Q8 so I tried the pure street Q8. I was totally amazed with the 12.23 and 12.29 passes that pulled in the 1st place trophy for me. Especially with the 60s being 2.08 and 2.19.
