racing with open headers?
racing with open headers? I was just wondering if it is ok to race w/ open headers, I just put on my hooker long tubes, and I want to see what kind of improvements they made.

Re: racing with open headers? JohnSS, i do it all the time. But, i use some short extensions on the rear of the header. (FLP's RULE)

Re: racing with open headers? I will definatly let you know how it goes, I think I'll go to MMP on friday, weather permitting. My previous best was 13.3 w/ a 2.1 60, but recently I have only been able to get 2.3s and 13.5s, not fun, I just need to learn how to drive the m6.

Re: racing with open headers? Any of ya'll know if open macs with cutouts right before the collector will be just ground shaking? Im running ORP and cutout now and its tame. Im wanting to do the cutouts in the ypipe, but just checking to see if its worth the money.
