Got Challenged....... should I be worried?

Got Challenged....... should I be worried? Ok I got challenged by a guy today that has a 2002 z28 fairly new probably 6k on the clock at most. As far as I know all he has is Mac headers, orp, cat back. He says he will stomp me in the 1/4 mile. I have MTI lid, Cutout, MAF, FTRA, ASP pulley, SFC's, and LCA's. What do you guys think the chances are of me winning this race? I was told I should be pretty confident if all he had was mac headers? Let me know your input thanks!

I doubt he boughtMAC's and hasn't done more to the exhaust.
He probably at least has a lid. If he has a lid and MAC's and a catback then he is making more power. If you are a 2000 or less then he also has the LS6 intake which you don't. If he's a stick and you are an auto with no TC then he will win and vice versa.
Never trust what they say their mods are. Some people consider H/C and N2O just "bolt-ons".
If your both sticks with street tires then it will come down to the driver.
