are et streets for me
are et streets for me 01 Z 3500 tci stall ls6 cam,bolt ons my sixty foot is 1.74 right now on nittos spinning on the stock 323 rear.Just dont want a tire that is gonna slow me down a lot on top end
If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone strait to a true drag tire and not use the ET Streets. I had so much trouble hooking up on the ET Streets. I was never able to dead hook with the ET Streets. Now with the ET Drags, I have the opposite problem. I need more horsepower to pull me out of the hole without a slight bog. 
bad 2000 ss is right about that with 6-speeds, i hated my et streets i spun them to death. but you have a auto and dont shock them as hard, you would probably go 1.6's with et street if you have to stay with a streetable tire to get to the track.
hay man. look at the m&h racemasters www.intercotire.com i used the 305/40/16 musclecar drag(the 26x11.5x16 cheeter slick is good too 
) on my head and camed m6 and i cut a best of 1.59 and my front tires came off the ground w/stock f1 front tires on the front. also,that tire was 5-years worn out old and still hooked like mad, just think what a new set will do. also..i have tried et-street and et-drags,the m&h out hooks them,at least for me and a few of my friends they did. the m&h musclecar drag is more streetable then the et-street.(i don't want anyone crying i bashed m/t tires like last time).goodluck bro.
