That's a pretty vague question so I'm not sure exactly what info you are after. But you need to flow about 30% more fuel when using E85 vs. gas. Therefore pump, injector, line and regulator sizing all needs to be looked at for your current (or future) power goals. For a moderately powered car 400-500 hp, plan on upgrading each of those items and adding a return line to the take from the regulator. Do a search in the fueling section and you will find a lot of info.
