Next mod -- lose weight Just got back from the track. Made 15 runs. The Yank TP4000 makes things so easy. In fact too easy. I've taught my youngest (16-year-old) daughter to run the car. In the past she ran with me in the passenger seat. Tonight she was by herself for about 6 runs. <img border="0" alt="[Camaro]" title="" src="graemlins/camaro.gif" />
The car ran flawlessly, running more toward the lower end of 10.4 to 10.14 (1000'), with one exception...IT RAN FASTER FOR HER THAN IT DID FOR ME. She ran a couple of 10.14's and the best I could muster was a couple of 10.2x's. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
80 lbs of extra lard definitely is a problem. Also must find a track that hooks. The cool air was GREAT, but the best short times were only 1.7's.

Re: Next mod -- lose weight LOL! Good luck getting your daughter out of the driver's seat. You definitely have another .1 just in 60' times. On my 12.04 pass back in February, my 1,000' ET was 10.004, just to give ya a reference. Weight removal isn't always limited to the car. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> That converter has made a big difference from when you had the car at Bowling Green!

Re: Next mod -- lose weight You're right about getting her out of the seat...I've created a monster. Seriously, its a ball watching her run on her own. The car ran a new best MPH (over 100 in the 1000'), and it was her first run alone that did it. Boy, did she rub it in my face. Gives her a great story for her friends, but somehow they just don't get it.
You're also right about the converter since BG. Now to get headers on and some tuning done, and I'll be done for this year.
