Default Diagnosis on my car is complete

Mikey at Rapidmotorsports got into the motor yesterday to find out why I blew a head gasket. Apparently the Holly intake manifold was not seated properly (there's another post recently on what Holly needs to do to correct this problem). Therefore the car leaned out and detonated. Bad enough to completely melt 2 plugs. I also had puddles of oil under the intake. So off comes the Holly, and back on with the LS6. I'm also going to try to do the LS6 valley pan PCV setup to avoid further oil issues that plague these cars.

Best of luck with it!!
I think you are doing the right thing going back to the Ls6..
Are you thinking about throwing back in your TP4400 as well? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
I want to see 10.80's in the heat dammit! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Cheers,
Chris

Damn, that sucks. I can't believe you could do that much damage N/A w/ a bad intake.

Hope everything else is OK.
