What 60ft Are possible
What 60ft Are possible I have a 98 z28 6 speed and i was wondering what 60 ft i could get. I have Slp Subframe connectors, spohn control arms and torque arm, 315/40/zr17 nittos in the rear. My brother pulled a high 1.8 with these tires on his auto 95 ta. So i was just wondering what is possible.

Re: What 60ft Are possible To get an answer to your question, people are going to want to know what rearend and gearing you have in your car. Incidentally, I don't think you specified the Nitto tire size right. Did you mean the 315/35/17 inch drag radials?

friend has 15's on his 01 Z28 M6 and he saw a 1.82 and averages 1.8's all day
i would say you could see a 1.8, but look for 1.9's till you get the hang of it.
you will have to play with feathering off the line alot. I run 19-20psi in mine <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: What 60ft Are possible With BFG DF 275x40x17 - with than just suspension mods - I ran (on my M6) 1.8's all day. Do a great burn out. Launch at least at 4500+. Don't feather it, just drop the clutch. I ran mine at 15-17psi - hot.
