Got a launch pic!
Nice Pic. Congrads on the new times.
Thanks for the new goals of 11.63et @ 114mph with a 1.58 60ft.
I will see if I can top those this weekend if they get the Hot Rod finished. They got the motor back in and fired it up on Friday. It sounded badass over the phone.

Maybe I should offer a reward for the first person to photo my car with the wheels up

Wish you had been with me Saturday when all the diehard carb'd trailer car owners were looking under my hood and scratching their heads. I had a crowd when I first popped the hood, and they figured it would be some bigblock with a carb on top. "Lookee there, this car has air condishnun!"

James - I know exactly what you mean! I've been accused of N2O quite a bit, both on the street and at the track. It's a big compliment.
Tony - Just let me know how much you're paying, and I'll make an effort the next time we meet up at the track. I got some great launch pics of some cars at Bowling Green with my dig. camera. You should take the car to HRP for the Super Chevy Show in September so you can have a pic taken. It would be AWESOME with the 60' times you're pulling!
Warren - Are you ready to have your sunset orange SS launch like this yet?

Your pic of the Hot Rod gets better everytime I look at it. Hey, maybe we can get a side by side shot of us launching off the line at super chevy at HRP in September. Man, that would be way cool, 2002's, last year made! "Dude!
Now tell me about the rearends (mine, moser 12 bolt, 33 spline axles, 4.56 gear and a Strange spool) Yours? Trans (mine T56 stock) Yours?
that is awesome Trevor!! that does it...out goes the Vig3200, in goes a TP4400

There's no way I'd be achieving the times I am if I didn't have the PT4400. It hits hard, charges hard, and doesn't drop below 5,700 RPM on the shifts! How's that for keeping your engine in its powerband?!
John - You're exactly right. I fully expect to achieve some 11.4x ET's this fall with the same raceweight, just better weather. Just imagine how quick it'd go with a set of heads. My first time out with the 383 in the T/A, I ran an 11.69 @ 116 MPH with a 1.65 60'. Granted, this was with a raceweight in excess of 3,700#, but it still shows how much the LS1 has progressed in two years. 11.38? That's a walk in the park with the SS and heads/cam.
Thanks for the compliments guys. One of my main goals by going to Super Chevy was to get the pic pulling the wheel(s). It was well worth the money spent.

Nice pics Trevor. Wish I could have seen that one. Last time I went to Denton, first time with the skinnies, the guys at the line were telling me I was bringing the front end off the ground but I couldn't really feel it. I had Brandan check the next pass, he said I was comin 4" inches off the ground. Well that's 1 goal out of the way, I hit 1.6 60ft that's another one down. I guess my next one will be 7.5 N/A and finally get down to Ennis. Congrats on the time, lookin good.

Kent - I have the stock rear springs and shocks still in place. The Hal struts were set on their loosest setting; they're also being used with the stock springs in place. It's not NEAR as bouncy as my T/A was with the drag springs, and the weight transfer is still awesome. I tried a few different settings with the struts, and the loosest setting has worked best for me.
Mark - It's fun to hit goals that you've set for your car. It just makes you set new ones; that's how I got myself into trouble with my '98 T/A! I'm just proud that I am doing it with a very streetable setup this time around.
