8 point cage from Jegs???

8 point cage from Jegs??? Wondering if any one out there has got the 8 point cage from jegs for there 4th gen, wanted to know if the 2 bars from the main loop that go back are they straight to the tub or are they angled and go into the sides (near the far back rear speakers)
I bought the 10pt mild steel from Jegs. To answer your question, the bars are pretty rough cut. You could send them straight back, or you could send them to the sides by cutting them down some. I might have some pictures of mine, but I would have to round them up. But I sent mine to 6x6 plates that are located directly above the rear axle, if that makes sense.

Yeah I have seen a few cages that the bars from the main hoop back just go straight right over the rear axles (like yours) if I can find a picture of what I'm talking I will post it, just mainly was wondering if the cage from jegs were straight back bars cause the way I want mine the bars go back but kinda tapper to the side in a way and mount to almost where a wheel well is would be and they go right where the stock speakers are on the side in the trunk. We don't offer the speaker location but do offer a version to allow you to keep your back seats. Putting the cage directly onto the top tray is the best place for strength in our opinion.
