Default Max redline on built 383?

I'm building a procharged (25lbs), nitrous (100 shot), full roller, stock rocker ratio, GM iron block 383 bored .060 over and am wondering what my max redline (for shift points) should be. I'm also running a FI tech electronic carb rated up to 2000hp.

In my opinion it is determined 1st by the bottom end and 2nd by the cam and or heads.

I would but there's no engine dynos in my area just car dynos. And I haven't got all the parts to run it yet. I'm just looking for a ball park figure.
