Default Advice needed on Hard Tire Class.

Looking for a little tire advice in a hard tire class. Wasn't sure if I should start here or in the tire forum. Looking for a 275/60/15 street tire. Racing in a couple months. 100 mile cruise and 2 tracks and the class that I'm going for only allows a hard tire. No drag radials at all.

I have no clue where to start on this. I've only run 315/35/17 in a hard tire. Always had a DR on my track setup. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Not sure how much it helps because I can’t remember the exact model but I had some Sumitomo radials mounted on ZO6 wheels (17’s) on my old formula that would hook as good as nitto drag radials at the track. I had the drag radials on the stock 16’s and swapped them at the track and decided to see what the car would do in street trim and still cut 1.7 60’ on the Sumitomo tires and never swapped the nittos again.

Nt05 street tire or the like may be your best bet. I’m not sure if they have it in that size you mentioned tho
