front bumper support need help ASAP

I just need to know if the bumper support is that foam crap. Is that all i take out?

You can take that out...there is also a metal brace in the front near the washer fluid resivor. I think the metal brace is most of the weight..foam doesnt weigh much.

ok but how to you hook the bottom up or dont uses? I think i'm going to cut my bar in half and just use the bottom one. should give the front better support.

I made an aluminium bracket from the hardware store.

IT works very well and weighs less than a pound.

i kept the styrofoam in mine and just removed the metal bar. i didnt want the nose to be floppy. i made a ghetto aluminum bracket that goes along the bottom to connect the bottom of the nose to, and then it has reinforced bars that go up and hold the styrofoam in place to keep the nose in shape. my whole huge bracket probably weighs under 2lbs

well its done. Has alot les flex then I thought it would <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> . the zip tie on the bottom center hole helped alot to fix that. also now use the 2 holes in the grill <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
