This is the one we had on the LQ4 we had with a TH400. Same one we use on our Dart LS Next 427 with a TH400. There is an adaptor that comes with this flywheel for the crank you can see. Use it unless you had a converter made specifically for an LS. The locating snout that goes into the crank is longer for the LS so you will need to use it if you haven't had one made. When installing make Dam sure you push the converter all the way in and check the clearance between the converter pads and the flywheel pads to make sure it is in spec per converter company. Very Very important.

I posted that picture so you could see the part number that is stamped in it as well as the adaptor. Part number is right under TCI. 399753
