oil pan need advice
oil pan need advice got c5 with f body pan just wandering what oil pan might be better if looking for some 1.20s 60ft times just trying to cover the bases on new engine don't want any oil problems on launch or down track . ive searched a lot and cant really find much info on it and people running good 60 ft times like to hear what youre running and oil pan you got espically if c5 car . thanks for any help
thanks for the comments guys I really want to keep some factory pan if possible its a street car and will go to track some also the 1.20s to 1.30s will be down the road if I can even get there with c5 at track I just wanted to cover my bases . I decided on ls2 vette pan with the improved racing baffels and hope that works out for me im still getting suspension thing figured out and got new engine and converter going in in a few months if everything stays on track.

I have the fabricated steel pan from AutoKraft. 1.2x 60s in my C5. No oiling issues at all.
I’m in the middle of a complete rebuild of it now, and I plan to keep the same oil pan, but should (hope to) be low 1.1s to the 60.
That said, I think the Improved Racing stuff in OEM pans work fine.
