Tried my hand at bracket racing! Sunday I went to the Chevy Shootout at Capitol and tried my hand at bracket racing. It is a lot different than test & tune!
I did pretty well - good enough to put me in the money! I made it to the semi-finals and then lost a close one.
I learned a lot - mainly that you have to push the dial up when the weather is hot and the rounds go by (push it up a good bit) - basically you're hot lapping by the quarter finals! I gave a veteran a little too much cushion and he took me out on the tree in the semi's.
I had a great time - especially burning a C4 full of ego in the 3rd round!
I might have to try that again!!
