Default Push Pull Battery Disconnect Switch Arm Issues

Maybe I am just not smart enough for this lol

Ive wired in multiple disconnect switches but this is my first push pull.
I ordered the Moroso kit and when i went to put it on the switch arm wouldnt fit. I drilled it out a bit and now it fits but it just spins on the disconnect switch. Doesnt grab hard enough to click the switch.

I got smart and flipped the arm and was able to get the arm onto the switch but still doesnt grab just spins.

Any ideas or clean ways to fabricate something to make it work?

Thanks in advance!

If you look at this arm, it has a set screw that you tighten so the arm will not rotate on the switch. You could do that to your arm, you will have to drill and tap it.

Take vice grips and and put marks on the shaft of the kill switch so it has something to grab ahold of.

I'm pretty sure that switch had a recess on it that matched that arm that only allows you to put it on 2 ways. When you drilled the arm out you ruined it. You need another arm.
