Default Fun at the track last night!

Well after my failed attempt to install my TC, I got my car back together and went down to the local track (1.5hr drive). By the time I got there it was late and I wasn't planning on racing, because I didn't bring my slicks. I also had my TC, about 10qts. of tranny fluid, and a bunch of other crap in the hatch.
But, I couldn't resist, I just had to run my car. By the time I got up to the staging lanes, they were doing the flag street races, so they weren't giving out any times. That was ok,I just wanted to race. First run I was alone, but the second run I pulled up next to this old station wagon that was gutted, had a cage, full slicks, ya now, a trailor queen. I did a little burnout to clean off my tires(315 GSC's) then pulled up to the line. Flags go down, he got the jump by a half car but that was all. Passed him quickly, kept pulling and beat him by about 4 or more cars.
I raced a couple more times, but nothing cool. When I pulled around to talk to my friends, they told me the announcer had been talking **** the whole time I was racing. He kept saying that I was using NOS and that "some of these Camaros aren't that fast they just use a bottle"
Well one of my buddies went up to the tower and set him straight, and he made an announcement that my car was all motor
It was pretty funny. I guess my car probably does look like it has nitrous since I am still using the stock converter. The car bogs off the line, but when the cam comes in it takes off.
The announcer doing the correction just made my night.
