<img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Well I am still playing with my old man combo.Good heads with a 216/220 cam (I am not a fan of split cams but this one has surprised me)
Hooker long tubes,ls-6 intake,FTRA,3.73 gears,Airbag in rr at 17lbs,Et streets 26/11.50/16
TPE4400.
BMR lower control arms,And relocation Brackets
Made 3 runs yesterday
60 ft 1/8 et
1.653 7.44
1.64x 7.42
1.62 7.39
What else do I need to do.if I leave any harder than off idle it will spin like mad.
This car has the converter and power to go low 1.5's to high 1.4's

BTW these are 1/8 mile times no qtr mile track here, density altitude was around 28-2900 ft

I have tried that too <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
I have been down to 10 psi.
no change, the airbag helps,I just cant seem to get a good hole shot.
Front swaybar is removed,also
I am thinking a torque arm, then Hals if needed. But I am getting tired of adding parts to help the 60 ft and getting no gains.

Front end weight removal. Get RT torque arm set pinion of -2 or -3. Definitely get the Hals front and back with front Hal drag springs. Cheers. Get lightest wheels and tires as possible on front and the 60 foot time should come down. Cheers and good luck.

thanks,I am running skinny's on the front.
I am waiting to here about and LG Torque arm I may be getting.I guess next up will be,26x9 inch slicks, hals and some tubular stuff for the front.I may be switching rears real soon going from 3.73 to 3.42 (current rear seems to be ready to let go.)So that may help.

I have an A4 with the 3:73 gears and I would stick with them with the upcoming setup you have in mind. I have cut a best of 1.602 with the gears you are using. Don't give up on them yet. Cheers.
