Track ET observations/cobra Qs Had an few observations at the track,watched a 98 GT break an 8.8 with slicks on the line running 14.0@100 and an emaculant 64 SS break a driveshaft in half just like the good old days.Two 03-04 cobras where running.I know the red was on juice because I seen him purge in the staging lanes and he had a "nitrous injected" emblem below the ford symbol on the rear.He ran 12.2X@115 and the black one ran 12.3X@112.I watched an 04 a few weeks ago run 12.6/12.4@111 and a 03 run 13.05@109.My question is,what are these normally running stock with DRs and good driver and what do the basic chip/pulley/exh ad?

most bone stock cobras with a good driver can pull 12.7's. A guy here has an 03 with magnaflow exhaust, short-throw shifter, 4.10 gears, pulley swap, CAI and et streets and he's gotten 11.7's at 118 mph from it. But he can shift and launch it @ 5 grand. I've seen stock one runs low 13s b/c people can't drive 'em
