Default Finally went to the track with new setup

well I need alot of things to go 11's I guess. First of all I need a clutch. ZO6 has had enough. 2nd I need tires these nittos just dont cut it for me. I'll give you my run down.

1st run:

60' 1.955
330' 5.310
1/8 8.070
MPH 89.12
1000 10.679
1/4 12.859
MPH 104.89

As you can tell I lost it on top. I couldnt get the dam thing in 4th gear finally 3rd try it went in but it was too late mind you this was my fastest 1/8th mile time all day go figure. I wonder what I would of pulled.

2nd run:
60' 1.936
330' 5.378
1/8 8.159
MPH 88.31
1000 10.613
1/4 12.628
MPH 112.73

I was scarded to miss 4th gear again so i didnt rev out 3rd all the way and babied 4th gear that killed that run but i wanted a clean pass.

3rd run:

60' 1.948
330' 5.362
1/8 8.152
MPH 87.63 1000 10.538
1/4 12.512 MPH 114.60

babied 4th again but yet 1/8th is still slower than first run.

4th run:

60' 2.083 330' 5.640
1/8 8.429
MPH 88.95 1000 10.788
1/4 12.748 MPH 115.36

On this run my cousin drove the car and I guess he speed shifted every gear I guess he spun 2nd bad and was shifting at like 5,000 which is way under peak power but he got the highest mph.

I would love to have gotten a 1.8 or better 60ft. I guess next time i will go I will have everything I need. Other than that I drove the car there did prostock burnouts and drove home without a problem. The wait between rounds sucked though. Let me know what u guys think.

A little practice can fix those runs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> You sure you can't make LVD,you'll get all the runs you need <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Yeah your runs are all over the place. Just need to practice so banging through the gears is second nature so you can runs some great times.

I cant go friday too much work to do.

I can bang gears trust me its just my clutch isnt cooperating its sticking to the floor. And Slipping between speed shifts sometimes. Hopefully I'll get a clutch soon its just a matter of choosing the right one.
