More CF WS6 hood info!!

More CF WS6 hood info!! Got the info on the CF Hood for the WS6
Ken at carbon fiber manufacturing told me the weights.
11lbs for the paintable CF version in a pin on.
18lbs on the clear CF version of the pin on.
32lbs for the CF BOLTON.
Wont be ready for 6 to 8 weeks and will be a first come first serve basis.
I'm ordering a paintable CF pinon in 4 weeks.
Ken told me even w/paint it wont be over 13lbs
This guy is good,he's done some CF bodies for guys like Dantoni.
I trust his work will be awesome..
There gonna be around $550/$600 + frieght.
If u want one I'd get a hold of KEN in 4 weeks and send him a deposit.

Re: More CF WS6 hood info!! I have a pin on and its OK as long as your car is reliable. I only take the hood off once at the track to check the oil and tech in.

Re: More CF WS6 hood info!! Okay, can you get by with just 4 pins? Two in the radiator support and two more where? Do you have to add some material to the body to mount them at?
