Need some tire info.

Need some tire info. I am finally buying a set of racing wheels and tires.
I ordered a set of 15"x9-3/4" D10's direct from Bogart. Now I just need to slap some rubber on em. I favoring the Hoosier QTP 28"x11.5". Do I need to run tubes with these tires? Also should I screw the rims to the tires?
This is my first set of slick/qtp tires, so I'm kind of a newbie.

2nd, IMO-you need wheel screws <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />
3rd, I like M/T or Goodyear slicks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
