HELP!! This can't be good Well I was out playing on the street with my T/A
and met up with some friends took one of them for a blast to see what he thought.It was all down hill from there!The car was pulling harder than it ever felt before.It was just about to shift in to third gear and BANG it made alot of noise and then died.My friend is a mechanic so we towed it back to his house.We tried to start it but that was a bad idea.So he said pull the valve covers.Well heres the bad part it turns out that it dropped a valve so we pulled the head on the drivers side and it just gets worse from there on.What do you think i should do they are gtp heads and one is pretty well destroyed.The bottom end is stock so no big deal there.But I have alot of money in the heads.ANYONE WANT A SLIGHTLY USED SET OF HEADS 2.055 x 1.575 flow 330 @.600 lift? HELP!!!

Re: HELP!! This can't be good Did you blow the valve into the head? Sounds like you definately got some problems....cracked piston, bent rod, etc. How much you want for the heads???? Are they stage 3's?

This can't be good They are a set of stage 3 6.0L the seat is gone the guide is broken an there is a hole in the intake port about 1 inch around the piston exploded and broke the sleeve short is done!!What do you think they are worth this way ?I am going to be looking at some big cube stuff over the winter.
