Default Woo Hoo, new best.

Just had my NX system installed and made my first(5) 1/8th mile passes on the bottle last night. I ran a 75 LB shoot and had several new bests. Reaction times weren't that great as I was being cautious. The guy staging the lanes told me I had "scared'em with my T/A" as 2 mustangs refused to line up with me.

congrats Mark! You're getting close to my 7.20's. How's your trans holding up? Did you ever get it rebuilt, or are you still on the stock one? We'll have to meet up at the track sometime and make some runs w/ your 75 shot!

Trevor

Trevor,

So far so good with everything. I only made 5 passes on the bottle Friday night so time will tell. I think the 3rd gear issue is caused by the shift kit which was installed by you know who. I still want to take it to Thunder and have them dyno tune it as I don't think Eds mail order tuning is getting everything the car is capable of producing and I'd like to fatten the A/F up just for precautionary measures. I'd love to go to the track with you and Brian sometime, I wanted to go to the Thunder shoot out but work has been pretty demanding of my time here lately. I'll give you a call, I still have your cell number. L8tr,

P.S, congrats on that 11.4 at the shoot out, that SS not only looks great but she screams too.

Nice #s Why don't you drive up to Ed's & get it dyno tuned? You are pretty close what, a couple of hours? Ed will get the max safely out of it for sure.

Stephen,

I talked to Ed about doing the dyno tune earlier this past summer. At that time he was booked up until late August and I haven't called him back. One of the reasons I want to use Thunder Racing to do the dyno tune is that if there is something mechanical that needs to be replaced, repaired or adjusted they can do it right there where Ed doesn't do any work at all other than tuning.

Mike,

I haven't seen you at Denton lately, where you been? Are you saying your making most of your power thru programing? If I remember correctly, your car is stock internal? What kind of power are you making? What tranny and rear end do you have? What does your for formula weigh? TIA,

Mark
