Burnout

For those of you with a 6spd and stock 3.42s do you burnout in 1st or 2nd gear when heating up drag radials. Tia.

2nd Gear with my Hoosiers, holding at about 5k. See smoke, see more smoke then stop. Usually I cook them up until the motor pulls down off 5k.

i always do my burnout in 1st. my bud did his burnout in 2nd,and the smoke he saw was from his clutch not his drags.(we all do things different)
