running w/out sway bars

What do you drag guys think about not running a front sway bar on the street? The car wont get driven much on the street but it will get driven to the track not trailered. The car will more than likely have adj coil-overs at all 4 corners. I know it isn't much weight reduction but I will have some fitment issues with a factory sway bar.

I've driven without mine for a long time and it doesn't bother me. You just need to be careful and get off the gas going through corners.

Likewise, I also remove my front sway bar when I head to the track. It doesn't impair the driving stability too much, heck even my wife drives it to work after the races without the sway bar.

I am temporarily running an air bag and no sway bar on the Z28, I will be getting a custom BIG sway bar for the 12-bolt. The SS has the OEM one always installed.
