Default nitto drag radials???

wanted to know how much quicker ets would be with nitto dr 275/40/17, compared to f1 gs-d3 at 13.68 at 105 mph, 60' at 2.25, also how much faster my 60' times would be, thanks, and would like to know where every one is launching and shifting at, ive only been to strip once and was launching at 2k at shifting at 6k

anybody have any information, just trying to see how much the advantages would be of buying seperate set or tires, on seperate rims thanks

I have pretty close to the same mods as you but I have a Spec stage 3 clutch, I run 275/40/17 Nittos, Put the tire PSI down to 15lbs do a 8-10 sec burn out and launch at 3500 rpm and I have cut a best of 1.83 60ft and a best 1/4 time of 12.32 at 112. Hope that helps.

I was cutting 1.70's with the 315's and a best of 1.67 on 16 inch Nittos when I had 4.10 gears but now with 4.30's Its not as easy to leave on Nittos. I still get in the mid 1.7's at some tracks but not as consistent as I was with 4.10's. Last outing I went a 1.81 on the 315's on the first pass and ran a 12.09 @115.78 and the next was a 1.98 and ran 12.32 @ 115.5 .
Now I will just stick with et streets and run 1.6's all day consistently.
I may try the m/t street radial but if that doesn't work then it will be the et streets

in a auto Nittos can get 1.5's

most M6's with a good launch can cut upper 1.6 but usually 1.7's would be great on them in a M6

BTW, i always did worse on any PSI below 18 since the tire cupped some in the center so it lost its tread to track contact patch.

its not easy leaving on any DR with a M6 so it takes some practice
