Will I be able to hook on a 17" DR or Nitto?

Ive been 1.58's on 16 inch nittos stock intternally, but with my cam ive only been 1.64. Its harder to find a medium to launch and feather the gas with the more mods you have. You also have a M6 so its gonna be VERY hard to hook on drag radials.
Will I be able to hook on a 275/40/17 BFG DR or Nitto? Mods are in sig, raceweight is ~3500, and 4.10s (possibly 4.30s )in the 12 bolt. Any hope at all of hooking on a 17" DR or Nitto? What is your best 60ft and ET on a 17" DR or Nitto? Thanks, Shawn

My $.02 is no. I would not go with the 275/40-17. That size drag radial hook the worst. I run 315/35/17 BFG's and 16" Nitto and BFG drag radials. I still have trouble with the drag radials. I'm going to ET streets this season 28-10.5-15 on 15X8 Telstar 13 wheels. I usually cut 1.80's to 1.90's 60' dumping the clutch from 3750 rpm.
drag radials not hooking . I run nitto's and had
bfgs, both hooked great for me-all stock except 150 wet kit and i hook to a 1.7 sprayin off the line. i think they hook fine. But then again i am not a m6 either. Good luck on your traction quest.
I think you can probably hook a 1.8 on DR's, maybe get some QA1 front shocks they will help a lot.
