help with setup....please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
help with setup....please!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im trying to get into the low 12's or high 11's. i though i may have a good setup in mind, but im not sure. Can you all help get me there. Here's my list, but nothing is set in stone except for the cam, shifter, PHB, LCA's (already got them) i cant afford to get heads, so i want to get there cam only. Its a 99 m6 TA. Will the following parts get me there?

as for the headers thats where my problem is. Im not sure if I can get stainless. I want to go with stainless works headers and catted Lanes TD's all 2.5, or install the borla that i have at home with a catted y (have to keep cats) or will pacesetters with the borla or TD's be just as effective?

A few initial thoughts after reading that quick.
Cats are going to hurt you pretty bad, but I'm sure you know this already..if you HAVE to keep them, at least get some high flow ones.
Being an M6 and using a nitto, hitting your goals is going to depend alot on how well you can drive the car..without the right sixty foot, not much will happen.
I'd like to hear more about that shock/spring setup you are planning..koni/bilstien..that does not sound drag racing friendly at all unless I'm not aware of a drag racing friendly setup that they have...if you are going to change shocks/springs go with Hal or strange,etc..something made to get the weight transfered in the sixty foot..

as for the 60' im going to try my best..but let's say 1.7x and 1.9x is my range. i talked with sam strano and he recommended the koni sa's up front so i can put them at the lightest setting to transfer as much weight to the back as possible and the blistens to keep the rear planted...as far as cats go, yeah i know they're a robber and im getting the 94106's from magnaflow cause i hear the flow well. do u think this setup can do it?
