as for the headers thats where my problem is. Im not sure if I can get stainless. I want to go with stainless works headers and catted Lanes TD's all 2.5, or install the borla that i have at home with a catted y (have to keep cats) or will pacesetters with the borla or TD's be just as effective?

Cats are going to hurt you pretty bad, but I'm sure you know this already..if you HAVE to keep them, at least get some high flow ones.
Being an M6 and using a nitto, hitting your goals is going to depend alot on how well you can drive the car..without the right sixty foot, not much will happen.
I'd like to hear more about that shock/spring setup you are planning..koni/bilstien..that does not sound drag racing friendly at all unless I'm not aware of a drag racing friendly setup that they have...if you are going to change shocks/springs go with Hal or strange,etc..something made to get the weight transfered in the sixty foot..
