need help understanding drag racing stuff
ok i know how everything works but what about all the classes like pro and super pro how do those work and what does it take to be in those because i want to start bracket racing for fun and need some info

The different classes will vary by track and division. Your best bet would be to talk to folks at the track you plan to race at.
Here's the basic breakdown for NHRA tracks around here (IHRA is a little different).
Super Pro - cars running 7.50-11.99, electronics allowed (for all purposes, electronics are required, as you won't stand a chance in hell without at least a delay box).
Pro - 10.00-13.99, no electronics (footbrake only, no transbrakes).
Sportsman - 12.00-up, no electronics, mufflers required. Also referred to as "DOT," or "Street Sportsman."
Entry fees and payouts generally get higher as you go "up" in classes.
