Default bad wheel hop!

Went to the track and this is what I came up with.

12.68 @ 114mph 2.00 60ft

I experience really bad wheel hop off the line, the one time it did hook up right I got a.....

12.60 @ 112mph 1.86 60 ft

It was warmer and my engine was hotter than usual coming to the line I think that is the reason for my loss in trap, as i was not spin off the line. JUST WHEEL HOP.

here is my combo
no front sway bar
granitelli springs
bmr torque arm
bmr lca's
bmr panhard rod
bmr rear sway bar (street)
kb sub frame connectors
kyb shocks adjusted to 1 in front 2-3 in back
245 nitto drags 20psi
12 bolt W/ 3.90's
I was luanching at 4000 rpm off a harlan 2-step. Any comments on how to improve? I will be getting et streets soon what potiential does my car have?

I just got a Moser 12-bolt w/4.10s and I'm getting some wheelhop from the rear passenger wheel. I have 245 Nittos on my chrome TA wheels. I have been told by some techs at MTI to try wider stickier tires as the Nittos lose traction with miles put on them.

I have some ET streets mounted on Weld draglites that I'm goin to try on the street in the next couple of days and see if they have any effect at stopping the hop! I'll let you know what happens. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
