I have done basically nothing as I've been lazy and too cold. So, I doubt it if either of us will see each other for Stanton's opener on W 4/2. See you out there or at Norwalk soon. Take care.

I haven't done anything to the car yet, other than pull the motor & take it to ARE.
I plan to put in a tubular K-member from ARE, when I put the motor back in. Plans for this year include a direct port nitrous system. Taller skinies, taller slicks.
Goals this year are, 10 on motor, 9 on spray. That's probably going to have to be the limit on this car, until I can get me a house.

Re: Update on ARE 393 All Bore/ 9 sec quest: Trans and convertor are planned for later in the year. For now I think I'll see if I can be one of the first to get into the 9's with the A4. I had been thinking of a 400 T, but, if 9's are going to be my limit on this car, then the weight penalty is not going to hurt me by going to a 4L80E. $$ dictates I put that on hold, so I'll just have to run a window switch for now. I know it wont hold up long, but there is nothing else I can do.
