Unless there is something now mechanically wrong with your car that wasn't wrong before, I believe that when driven properly, it is nearly impossible to run a slower time on DRs (BFGs or Nittos) as opposed to Eagle F1s (a very hard compound tire) unless it's on the coldest of surfaces in very cold air.
Try it again, you WILL go faster.

Stock converter? I think that a little bit of spin is better than a dead hook w/the stock converter.

If you got Nittos, you have to do a nice long smokey burnout otherwise they will hook no better and sometimes worse then street tires. BFG's don't need anything like the Nitto burnout though.

When I was running Nitto's, I would adjust the rearview mirrors to see the tires. Start my burnout when I saw smoke count to 15 then roll out of the burnout I still couldn't do better then a 1.9 60" with my M6 though.

Did you change the way you launch? The key thing is you said you bog now. So, leave a little harder and find the new magic RPM for your car. Adjust air pressure, consider track conditions and temp. A good conditioning burn out is needed too for brand new tires. You gotta keep working it out.

your car should run better with DRs with nothing else done to it.it was one of my first mods.work on your launch and youll see positive results.

I am in the same position. With F1's i went 12.8 at 112. Now with 315DR's i am consistant at 13.0x at 109. with 2.1 60's. I am affraid to launch any harder with the stock rear. So spining a little with the f1's is faster for me. Go with what is faster for you.
