MY car is GONE! To Nebraska Chassis that is. Wes (the owner) met up with me in Chi-town at Speed Inc. They were having a dyno day for the MFBA. The Speed Inc. staff was extremely hospitable, very nice shop and dyno set up. I also got a chance to nose around Chris Sikora's Camaro (Cover Car for the latest issue of GM Hi-Tech). What a nice car! Wes definately has his work cut out after looking at a car like Chris's, the bar has been raised about 10 notches.
Thanks to Wes for taking the trek to Chicago to pick up my car!
When the red rocket returns I will have a NHRA cert on my cage and a chassis set up to cut low 1.30 all day. Wheelie bars not required! I will keep you all posted.
Here are a few pics of the drop off and a few of the engine progress. I plan on doing the initial tune at Wheel to Wheel on their engine dyno.

Oh yea, the fat guy is Chris aka "Jelly" and that green F-250 is my new tow truck.

Re: MY car is GONE! I have the same basic set up but am going with a bit more compression. I am planning on getting the car to hook and go this year. The 9.40 run was with a NX digital delay and only went 1.69 60ft. I wish I could have stayed there at Speed Inc longer but I had to hit the road. I would have liked to shoot the **** for a while.
Louis, I will probably get to meet you at the N vs S event. Tell your dad to call me, we played phone tag a couple of times but he is hard to get a hold of.
