Well the cam and headers combo are excellent. Your using LS1 edit, and as long as you know how to use it, your getting max return on both of those mods.
The M6 with stock tires and 3.73 gears is a total X factor though. Well prepped track, maybe a 11.9 to 12.4 @ 114 mph. Drag Racing is 10% torque/horsepower and 90% traction. Lets face it, if you were making 1000hp and ran Goodyear radials, you would get tossed by cars with half that much power on slicks.
I hope you run whatever you are secretly hoping for. But I think your 60ft times are gonna kill your runs. Time to get some better tires, suspension mods and go do some wheels up racing.
Have fun!

Traction my friend, traction! Drag Radials, QA1 shocks and springs, relocation brackets, and lots of practice.
I would consider a new rearend, moser or strange and some ET streets, for max traction and best ET.
Stop worrying about horsepower for now. Get as much info on traction adders. I started the same way. Bonestock car with nitrous, and couldnt figure out why I couldnt run better then a 12.9. But I slowly started to work on traction adders....and I am hoping for a consistent 10 second car now. Hope being the main word. I wont claim victory till I get the time slips.
Good luck, and keep asking questions. J

G-Tech is accurate +/- 1 tenth in ET, and it's usually off by 3-5mph.
I am thinking tirespin is gonna keep you in the high 12's@112-114mph range.
