question about 1/8mi trap speed

question about 1/8mi trap speed went to the track saturday and only ran about 5 times. 4 were all 8.6@83 but one of them was 9.9@ 92. i thought that 92 was pretty high for a 98 Z automatic with just a ts&p lid & loudmouth, no spare or jack, a/c delete. could the track be off? weather was cool & windy. elevation about 600
