How much does wind affect MPH?

How much does wind affect MPH? I ran my car last weekend and the was running in to a 25mph. wind. I am wondering how much that would realy affect 1/4 mile mph? The car went 103.66 in the 1/8 but only 125.01 in the 1/4. It seems to me that it was affecting the mph quite a bit, but how much? I will not have another chance to go a run the car this year and would like to know what you guys think. Also how much do you think it would have affected the ET?
