Help with clutch issue

Help with clutch issue I have an 02 Z06 around 440-450RWHP with all the boltons, stock 3.42 gears, exedy single disc, stock hydraulics and raced on M/T 26x11.5x17 ET streets. Anyway It seems to me the clutch is slipping. The car will launch to a point the motor will bogs down, the 1-2 shift feels hard but the 2-3 and especially the 3-4 shift feel really soft. I also noticed that when I let my friend drive I was only gettin 1 wheel burnouts unless we did them in the water. Between shifts the car will kind of float at around 5000 rpm before eventually pull through the rpm. Could it be I just overheated the clutch or I'm having a problem with hydraulics. I could not smell any clutch-
I beleive it's a ceramic disc. Pedal effort after a pass becomes very soft but before the pass it is very stiff. I let em friend drive it and he came to the same conclusion to that the clutch is slipping. But it's not the usually slip where it will just hit the limiter. We thought maybe the tires were moving on the rims but we marked them and that was not an issue-any help will be appreciated!
