Removing the spare/jack, and the rear seats (upper and lower) with seatbelts are pretty easy for some weight.

My car has the following weight reduction:
No jack/spare
No rear seats/seatbelts
No front swaybar or brackets
No Ac compressor or condensor
Aluminum front seats
Removed rear section of cat back (re installing friday, too damn loud)
Removed AIR pump and associated stuff
On top of this stuff, my car is a "stripper" without cruise, foglights, t-tops, etc.

But, I have added weight to the car with the following things
Wolfe mild steel weld in cage
Moser 12 bolt with 33 spline axles and HD posi
AP engineering chromoly DS
BMR subframes
LG motorsports DS loop.

That cage was heavy as hell, I bet it added 75-100lbs to the car. I've removed the Airbags a few weeks ago, but I haven't weighed it since then. My next weight removal will be a tubular K-member.

Check out the 'Weight Reduction List' sticky up at the top of this section. Just pull as much as you desire/can stand for daily driving. I drove mine daily forever as pretty much just a shell. Through summer and winter...You're not really thinking about ac or heat while trying to deal with slipping the clutch to 3500 because of the cam, taking wide corners because of the spool, having to pump the brakes, dodging pot-holes for P2's and thin chassis tubing, the list goes on...You get used to it. It'll separate the men from the boys. And, well, maybe the women from the men as well My wife dreds getting stuck in traffic in my stripper...

Oh, and I'm sure many will agree, pulling sh*t gets to be pretty addicting. It starts with the small stuff, then before you know it you're having fiber parts made

My '94 is the only one in which I've done any weight reduction (because it's the one that goes to the track the most).

3195 with a quarter tank of gas. Add 165 when I climb in.

!front sway bar
! jack and spare
! A/C components (but still retain heater core and blower motor)
! rear seat and rear seat belts
Front seats replaced with RCI racing seats.

I drive the car on the street a lot, so I have not pulled airbags or bumper supports. Still has OEM carpet and insulation etc. I do want to swap to a lightweight K-member but I'm lazy and cheap, so it hasn't happened yet.

last time I had my car at the track, it weighed 4300 with driver. That was with plenty of weight reduction. With bias ply tires, less gas in the car, and less extra weight it weighed 4015 with a friend driving and 4160 with me.

Last day at the track.... 2,900 EVEN N/A! I had a couple tools in the bird so I could just dip into the 28XX.

Add 180-185 for the driver and I sit at just under 3100 pounds for a race weight.

I've seen 3096 for a best N/A race weight

Then... for nitrous days..... add 24 pounds per bottle, 2 bottles.... 48 pounds on top of race weight

Looking to shed some more weight in this off season yet again

now im going to take out seats/egr/air etc etc to drop 100lbs
