Is my car making enough power to run 10's?

The car made 384.6 TQ at 5100 RPM
At 3800 RPM (where my converter should stall) the TQ was 358.9
At 6500 RPM (where the car should shift) the TQ was 345.6
The car made 432.1 HP at 6250 RPM
At 3800 RPM (where my converter should stall) the HP was 259.7
At 6500 RPM (where the car should shift) the HP was 427.7
Now what do you think?

FWIW I have a friend running about if not the same stall as you. Completly bolt on and with a ~3400 race weight he's hitting 12.4's in 3000+ ft of air with 1.71 60's.
You're going to need to knock out some more weight, add the rest of the bolt ons and with some good air, traction on slicks and skinnies I would think you could get REALLY close.
