Default Motorplates help

When I used the motorplates should I remove the solid mounts and the k-member or not ?

you'll take out the motor mounts, but you'll leave the k-member... the rest of your front suspension needs something to attach it to the frame

One of the advantages of running the motorplate is that it frees up room on the sides of the engine, so that you don't have to fight the eng. mounts for access when installing or removing headers and lots of other small jobs, which are greatly simplified with the open space. If you are going to stay with the motorplate, remove the mounts & cut off the pads on the kmember.
You should also be using a mid-plate, you can actually distort the block from the twisting action of the motorplate without any other support.

Wait are u saying that u'll twist it from using a motorplate? Or it will twist if a midplate is not used?

If you are going to use a motorplate, you should use a mid-plate or you risk possibly distorting the eng. block and/or breaking the trans case at the mount. For an auto car, Jegs has a midplate/flexplate shield that you trim to fit, and use a poly trans mount with that setup & you'll be fine
