Time's should be better?

Time's should be better? The car should go faster, my 60 foot times are 1.79-1.81 but I am only getting 12.56 and 12.59 in the ¼ mile at 104 to 106 so what’s up, 
the engine is a Chevy 406 roller with a( cam 264-266 @50. With a 630 lift, Holley 850, Th400 with 3500 stall and 3.73 gears, tires are ET Street) the car do's not like the heat thats for sure. gets slower when its hot. the one thing that i did was lower the tire pressure from 15 to 13 PSI 
and the heads are Dart 200's 2.02/1.60 with no mods
