Swaybar quick disconnect?
I've looked and looked but couldn't find any info on a swaybar quick disconnect. I like how my car handles so removing it is out of the question but I'd also like the weight transfer and the strip. Anyone ever try something like this?
Basically all it is is:
1. Document and mark how the bar sits while loaded.
2. Cut the bar in thee middle.
3. Slip a pipe snuggly over one end and weld it.
4. Slip the other end into the pipe and drill a hole through the pipe and swaybar.
5. Insert a thick *** pin or bolt to hold it in.
Would this hold up or would it destroy itself over time?
Anyone have any other ideas?
