times and HP Im not sure if this can be answered for sure it not because I know there is more to it. But what kinda of RWHP and TQ do u need to put down to run in of the following

Lot and lots of variables there. Weight of vehicle, power under the curve, torque, powerband, gears, transmission, converter stall speed if auto, driver ability (more important with stick), suspension, tires, weather at time of run.....
My car has been having issues, not the least of which was a slipping tranny and flaring on the 2-3 shift as well as a mis-matched stall for my cam and missing bolt-ons.........but I ran 12.2 with 343 rwhp.
