Default Is this typical?

When my 2000 SS was bone stock (besides a predator and front sway bar off) it went 13.0's back in feb. Since then I have put 18 inch privat wheels on with 275/35/18 and put my sway bar back on along with relocation brackets after I lowered it. I also went from the slp dual/dual to a corsa catback and got a veraram velosity stack and now it runs 13.20's as of tuesday night in Memphis (same track when I went 13.0's). My 60 foot times before were 2.00 when it would run 13.0's all night long and now I get 1.99 60 foot and can't get below a 13.20! My 1/8th mile times went from 8.40's to 8.50's also! And I also lost 3mph! Does lowering one hurt it that much or is it the front sway bar that hurt me when I put it back on? Can't figure it out because I have better 60 foot times and she is dead hooking off the line. I know I need a stall but was just wondering if anyone had any idea as to why I lost 2 tenths but have better 60's? I know that is a decent time for a bone stock motor with a predator so I can't complain just don't know what route to go next since my goal is 12.90's. Any help would be appreciated!

The velocity stack may be part of the problem, not convinced on it being an improvement. Im sure you reset the PCM after installing it.

Also the extra weight of the 18" rims will definitely be noticable on the top end but the weight would help traction off the line. Lowering does not help with drag racing weight transfer.
