How many lock up the TCC in 3rd at track???

How many lock up the TCC in 3rd at track??? I was told other than wearing the clutch in the TC earlier, it will produce (or should) better ET's. Whats the deal from those that have done it.

Meee!! I lock mine at 110 just past the 1/8. I went from 131-132 to 135-136 mph....dunno if it picks up et or not but I know turbos love load and I like it...plus I couldnt get to the end without hitting the rev limiter if I didnt lock the converter.
