front lug nut and stud question

front lug nut and stud question i was informed by a friend that at some tracks they require you to run open ended lug nuts, with longer studs on the front of a car????? i race at tracks all over the south here and never have had this come up in tech.... any others know about this rule ?

man I hope so. I have never had this problem before.....I just dont want to come all the wya up there to be told I cant run......... How strict are they for roll cages ??? I have my 10 point in and all but the chassis guy cant certify it untill mid june!!!
I wonder if they will have a fit about running in the 9's
